Assistant Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client pursuits.
• Assist in tender submissions, bid evaluation, and tender analysis.
• Review contracts, consultancy agreements, and identify commercial risks.
• Support procurement processes, including tendering, bid assessment, and contractor selection.
• Assist in contract administration, variations, and commercial reporting.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on commercial matters.
• Prepare commercial reports, presentations, and market analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial, contracts, procurement, or quantity surveying roles.
• Familiar with tendering, procurement, and contract administration processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
