Role Description The Spa And Assistant (Commission Based) role is a full-time hybrid position based in Sindh, Pakistan, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. This role supports spa operations and customer service, including greeting clients, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with basic spa services under supervision, coordinating schedules, handling inquiries, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the workspace. The role also involves supporting digital and administrative tasks, such as updating records, assisting with online promotions, and communicating with clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms. The position is commission-based, rewarding performance and contribution to client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous, professional client service, manage appointments, and handle front-desk or reception responsibilities.
• Basic understanding of spa operations, hygiene standards, and willingness to learn and assist with spa-related services.
• Comfort with digital tools for scheduling, communication, and simple online promotional activities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in managing daily tasks and time.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in commonly used local and business languages.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, collaborating on-site in Sindh and independently from home when required.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to maintaining a respectful, inclusive environment for clients and colleagues.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles, spa services, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
