Providence at Memorial Apartments is actively seeking an experienced Bilingual Assistant Community Manager (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay Range (D.O.E.): $22- $25 per hour
• Rent discount available for qualified employees who choose to live on-site (utilities and other monthly associated fees are the responsibility of the employee/resident).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the apartment community.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Process rental applications and lease agreements.
• Conduct apartment tours and assist with leasing efforts.
• Collect rent and maintain accurate resident accounts.
• Assist with delinquency management, including notices, payment arrangements, and eviction processing.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and concerns.
• Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure service requests are completed efficiently.
• Assist the Community Manager with reporting, budgeting, occupancy goals, and overall property performance.
• Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming leasing office.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Previous multifamily apartment management experience is required.
• Experience with managing delinquency and rent collections.
• Strong knowledge of the eviction process, landlord-tenant laws, and legal notice requirements, with the ability to manage delinquency, coordinate filings, and maintain compliance throughout the eviction process.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing practices.
• Experience with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, Entrata, or OneSite is preferred. (We use Entrata)
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
