The Opportunity Step into an essential leadership support role managing high-volume commercial drywall and framing operations across the region. Working alongside experienced Foremen, you will supervise field crews, drive jobsite safety, and ensure project milestones are delivered with quality and precision. This position provides strong career progression and hands-on leadership development within a respected industry-leading contractor.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Assist the Foreman in supervising daily field operations, assigning tasks, and keeping crews focused on production goals.
• Promote jobsite safety standards by identifying potential hazards, enforcing proper PPE use, and correcting unsafe conditions.
• Maintain complete daily written and photographic field reports covering work progress, delays, and damage caused by other trades.
• Help maintain project construction schedules by tracking material inventory and coordinating timely deliveries to active work areas.
• Conduct regular quality control walkthroughs to ensure framing, hanging, and finishing work meet strict trade specifications.
• Communicate effectively with general contractors, client representatives, and trade partners to resolve daily jobsite issues.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience focused on metal framing, drywall hanging, and surface finishing.
• Proven ability to read and interpret commercial architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and project schedules.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license alongside reliable personal transportation for visiting project sites.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the composure to manage fast-paced, multi-tasking project environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior supervisory or lead experience guiding field crews on commercial jobsites.
• Technical familiarity with doors, frames, FRP installation, and acoustical ceiling systems.
• Experience using construction software and document management applications such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid, or PDF tools.
• Willingness to travel and work on intermittent out-of-territory project assignments as needed.
