We're looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our Abilene team and help support commercial construction projects throughout West Texas.

This is a great opportunity for someone beginning their career in construction management or looking to gain additional hands-on experience. You'll work alongside experienced construction professionals while developing your skills in estimating, project coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.

What You'll Do

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating multiple commercial construction projects.
• Help prepare estimates by reviewing proposals, drawings, and specifications.
• Assist with project budgets, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and assist with quality control.
• Support jobsite safety and compliance requirements.
• Help keep projects organized, on schedule, and within budget.

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of construction or project management experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
