We view every child and young person as an individual, and we believe that everyone deserves the support required to achieve in line with their potential. For this reason, it is essential that applicants can form a clear picture of the child or young person in their mind and adapt their approach accordingly.

- A genuine interest in education and special educational needs.

The application and interview process is in depth, with numerous stages and assessments to ensure that you are the right fit for the role. If successful, you will also receive a thorough, in-person training course located in London.
