Assistant Content CEO

About the role

Assistant Content CEO role supporting the executive at The Rolling Pinn, Bangkok's bakery established in 2018. You will coordinate projects across teams, plan content communication strategies, create engaging content including food photography and videography, and support business, marketing, and sales activities while working closely with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on projects with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution
• Plan content communication strategies that align with the executive's image and business objectives
• Take photos/videos, write scripts, edit videos, and create engaging content
• Support business, marketing, and sales activities while learning to work closely with senior management
• Generate creative ideas, plan content, coordinate with relevant teams, and drive projects through to successful completion

About you

• Experience as a Content Creator or Personal Assistant (PA)
• Understand and be able to maintain the professional image of the executive; strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel with the team when required
• Able to work effectively in a fast-changing environment and adapt quickly to new situations
• Experience in food photography will be an advantage
