Assistant Content Manager

About the role

Assistant Content Manager role focused on developing content strategy and creative direction for brand communication across Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. You will lead and guide the content team in generating creative ideas and campaign concepts aligned with marketing objectives, while managing KOL relationships and ensuring consistent brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content strategy and creative direction for brand communication across Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Lead and guide the content team in generating creative ideas and campaign concepts aligned with marketing objectives
• Plan and oversee the content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging brand communication
• Write clear creative briefs for KOLs and influencers to ensure content aligns with campaign direction
• Develop content ideas, scripts, and storytelling formats for social media videos and posts
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, graphic, and KOL teams to produce high-quality content
• Review and refine content created by the team to ensure strong storytelling and brand consistency
• Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities to improve engagement and reach
• Analyze content performance and continuously optimize creative approaches
• Lead the development and management of KOL relationships, including identifying suitable influencers and building long-term partnerships with key creators

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Digital Media, or related fields
• 4–7 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or social media marketing
• Strong experience creating social media content for Facebook and TikTok
• Proven ability to develop creative content ideas, storytelling formats, and campaign concepts
• Experience writing briefs or guidance for influencers or KOL campaigns
• Ability to write content scripts and creative directions for short-form video content
• Experience managing or mentoring a content team is preferred
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn marketing objectives into engaging content ideas
