We are a CIDB Grade G7-registered main contractor specialising in warehouse, factory and refurbishment projects across the Klang Valley. As part of our expansion, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates who are eager to learn, grow and build a strong foundation in the construction industry.

You will work closely with our experienced Quantity Surveyor and gain hands-on exposure to the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Contract

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender documents
• Support budget preparation and tender analysis

Post-Contract

• Assist in subcontractor sourcing, quotation comparison, and negotiation
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Team on procurement matters
• Assist in evaluating subcontractor progress claims
• Assist in cost monitoring and project documentation
• Support in preparing final accounts
• Assist in contract administration and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry
• Good numerical, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive attitude and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Willing to travel to project sites when required
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Possess own transport would be an advantage
