Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre & post-contract activities, contract administration and commercial matters.
• Review and interpret contracts, agreements, BOQs, work orders and related documents.
• Handle claims, variations, EOT, notices and contractual correspondence.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams.
• Monitor contractual compliance, commercial risks and project obligations.
• Support tendering, negotiation and finalization of contracts.
• Maintain proper contract records and ensure timely closure of contractual issues.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Relevant experience in Contracts / Commercial functions within Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, claims, variations and negotiations.
• Good communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Candidates with strong developer / construction project experience will be preferred.
