ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a financial management or analyst position is desired

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with industry software specifically Microsoft Office & Quickbooks

• Ability to collaborate and work well in a team

• Thorough attention to detail and highly organized

• Ability to problem solve and analyze data

assistant controller | JOB DUTIES

• Creating monthly financial statements for Executive leadership

• Ensuring accounting practices are in compliance with GAAP and Company policy

• Supporting financial audits

• Supporting the use of financial software applications

• Supporting the processing of payroll, vendor invoices, expenses

• Supporting the production of financial forecasts

• Supporting the processing and invoicing of customer accounts

• Reconciling general ledger and bank accounts

• Support personnel recruiting initiatives and other HR related tasks

• Support our customer invoicing process during our peak seasonal activity

• General duties as assigned by our corporate managers

  This position has no supervisory responsibilities
