Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
• Oversee multi-entity accounting processes and financial operations
• Manage cost allocation methodologies and intercompany accounting activities
• Drive finance systems optimization and implementation initiatives
• Develop scalable accounting processes, controls, and reporting frameworks
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and operational business leaders
• Prepare management reporting and executive-level financial presentations
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives across finance
• Support strategic projects that enhance organizational effectiveness
• Mentor, develop, and grow members of the accounting and finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Public accounting foundation combined with industry experience
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience within complex multi-entity environments
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and cost allocation methodologies
• Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations, finance transformations, or systems enhancements
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
