What they need
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Manufacturing and cost-accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with standard costing, inventory, BOMs, and manufacturing variance analysis preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills and experience working with ERP/accounting systems.
- Power BI, automation, or AI-tool experience is a plus.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or progress toward a professional designation is a plus but not required.
Pay: $81,500.00 - $110,000.00 per year
