Assistant Controller - North America

Our client is a growing, international PE-backed FMCG business seeking an Assistant Controller to act as a hands-on partner to the Finance Controller, North America, for a period of 9-12 months on an FTC basis.

This is a broad controllership mandate spanning statutory reporting for US and Canadian entities, intercompany and cross-charge management, treasury and capital activity, tax-adjacent support, and procure-to-pay operations. It suits a controlling professional who wants direct ownership of technical accounting and operational finance within a live carve-out.

The ideal candidate will bring three to six years of progressive finance experience, a working knowledge of US GAAP, and strong Excel and ERP capability (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics). Prior exposure to carve-outs, TSAs, shared services, or PE-backed environments is a distinct advantage.

Pay range: $165k-$185k
