Assistant Cost Analyst

We are a leading OEM manufacturer of electrical household appliances for worldwide brand names. Based in Hong Kong, we have highly integrated production facilities in Guangdong Province and Batam, Indonesia. We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for calculating accurate product costs to support customer quotations and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
• Gather and compile data related to material costs, labour and machine hours, and other cost factors from various systems and cross-functional departments.
• Analyze and interpret cost data to provide insights and recommendations that support management decision-making.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines
• 1–2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to costing and quoting processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, IF and Pivot Tables
• A meticulous approach to verifying figures and identifying discrepancies in complex spreadsheets.
• Familiar with Bill of Materials (BOM) structures
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop, interpret, and communicate both qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Good command of English and Chinese
