Assistant Costing Manager

1 Report to Manager and Finance Controller.

2 Monthly closing P/L and B/S for US book under Parent Company policy.

3 Review and prepare closing accounting entries and make appropriate adjustments. To ensure that Company& financial statements are accurate, reliable and compliant with accounting policy, standards, related tax laws and regulations.

4 Prepare monthly BSS reconciliations for some controlled accounts per company’s policy.

5 Submit and prepare Monthly forecast and Annual Budget report, including analysis reports, cost allocation in respective products, variance analysis.

6 Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Management Report with analysis for management.

7 Submit and prepare Weekly forecast (as required).

8 Execute all financial, accounting and data processing activities.

9 Review and approve on daily inventory workflow document.

10 Seeking improvement of process controlling.

11 Coordinate with SOX audits, External auditor, Revenue department and BOI in relevant areas (costing and inventory).

12 Coach and improve subordinates skill.

13 Review ROI calculation for CAPEX investment and provide relevant financial factors.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting with strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards, IFRS, US AAP.

2. At least 5-7 years experience in costing reporting for manufacturing environment preferred.

3. Strong analytical skill.

4. Proactive, flexible and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

5. Strong skill in Excel/database/spreadsheet/presentation.

6. Good interpersonal and communication skill.

7. Able to supervise team as good leader.

8. Good command in English both spoken and written.
