Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating inventory audit activities across assigned regions and technician teams
• Monitoring inventory count schedules and ensuring timely completion of inventory-related tasks
• Collaborating with technicians, field managers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Following up on outstanding inventory adjustments, stock variances, and reconciliation activities
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to inventory audits and stock management
• Analyzing inventory data and identifying trends, issues, or risks requiring further investigation
• Preparing regular and ad hoc reports related to inventory performance, audit status, and stock accuracy
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory processes and operational efficiency
• Communicating with internal teams to ensure alignment on inventory requirements, timelines, and priorities
• Providing administrative and operational support for inventory management activities
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements
• Participating in cross-functional projects and operational initiatives as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience working with data, reporting, or operational processes is an advantage
• Experience in inventory management, supply chain, customer service, or operations support is preferred
