Assistant Customer Service Manager / Senior Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the overall Concierge and VIP lounge operations;
• Monitor and evaluate team performance and implement improvement plans and training to enhance service standards;
• Proven track record of managing VIP shoppers and delivering premium customer service;
• Handle enquires and complaints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management / Property Management or related discipline;
• 8 to 10 years in Customer Service / Shopping Mall / Premium Commercial Properties / Front Office with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in supervisory level;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Shift duty is required.
