Assistant Customer Services Officer

Chevalier (HK) Limited provides installation, testing, repair, maintenance, and modernization services of lifts and escalators. We participate in different kinds of development projects consisting of commercial buildings, hotels, private residential estates and public housing projects etc. Established in 1970, the lift and escalator division was Chevalier's first business division and today it remains one of our core businesses.

Responsibilities

• Follow up the contract renewal arrangement of maintenance services for lifts and escalators business
• Work with the Manager to handle tender application process including document preparation and cost calculation
• Understand the needs of customers, care and take proactive actions to improve customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships
• Perform duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in any discipline
• 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills, proactive, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
