Assistant DC Supervisor

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibility:

• Work with 3PL to supervise day-to-day warehouse activities. Ensure orders are processed on time and meet delivery schedules at SH non-bonded whse.
• To make sure 3PL follows Company SOPs Work instructions (WI) & Customer-specific handling requirements and drive compliance with: Safety standards quality procedures regulatory requirements.
• Teamwork for internal customer service & communication for whse daily operation issues. Liaise with CS Team, customer and supplier on the delivery related issues on Inbound and Outbound process.
• Compliance and follow up whse working flow. Comply with export control parts shipment requirements.
• Follow up & handle RMA order / Monthly stock count / Daily shipment issues / etc. of SH Non-bonded whse
• Timely provide whse daily reports per manager’s request Requirement:
• Relevant experience in whse & transportation will be considered
• Over 3 years relevant job
• Good computer skills. Proficiency in MS offices applications, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good communication skills
• Can work overtime if need
• Self-motivated, responsible, accurate and efficient
• Good in reading / writing English & Chinese
• Familiarity with SAP will be given priority
