Assistant Design Manager Transmission Line

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate the design of transmission lines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex design problems, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and other documents to senior management and clients.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing training and support to help them develop their skills.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in transmission line design and development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, power systems, and transmission networks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
