Assistant Designer

Artwork Preparation

• Prepare, edit, and finalize artwork, graphics, images, and layouts using design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
• Ensure all designs comply with company branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials

Design Customization

• Modify and customize designs based on project requirements
• Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and quality before final production or publication

Print File Setup

• Prepare print-ready files according to production specifications
• Ensure all files are properly formatted and meet printing requirements

Technical Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing teams and other departments to ensure artwork meets requirements and timelines
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery

Quality Control

• Perform quality checks to ensure all designs are error-free, visually consistent, and technically accurate before final output

Cross-functional Support

• Provide support to in-house design team and assist in various design-related tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or related field
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent design tools)
• Proficient in PC environment
• Vocational training in printing technologies or product design is an added advantage
• Able to respond quickly and effectively to urgent and critical amendments under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, especially in handling minor design elements
• Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, including senior management
• Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply
