Assistant Designer/Designer for Interior Design

Responsibilities

·         Preparation of design proposals including layout plan design and conceptual design;

·         Handle design drawings, design documentation and presentation work including concept design, materials sourcing and selection;

·         Closely coordinate with internal team members, contractors, suppliers & sub-contractors to ensure the project is executed smoothly;

·         Conduct on-site inspection to ensure quality control & adherence to design standards;

·         Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

·         Diploma Holder / Degree holder in Interior Design

·         At least 2 years of working experience

·         Proficiency in PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Photoshop & 3D modelling skills (SketchUp / Vray / Enscape, Elevation) is necessary

·         Good design ability & knowledge

·         Reliable, able to work independently and multi-tasking with minimum supervision and a good time management

·         Passionate in design, creative & self-motivation

·         Willing to work overtime goal for completion of job task

·         Good command of written English and Chinese

·         Immediate availability preferred

·         Less working experience will consider as Assistant Interior Designer
