What they need
The Company:
Aria Property Group is one of Australia's most respected privately owned Developers, known for a consistent commitment to design quality, delivery excellence, and placemaking at a genuine urban scale. In every one of their projects exists a forward-thinking design, with primary consideration given to sustainability, aesthetic, and a thoughtful integration within the community and surrounding space. The company is built on a culture of innovation, care and collaboration, and they are a tight-knit team that values loyalty, creativity and shared success. On behalf of Aria, we are seeking a new development team member to work on some of Brisbane's most coveted upcoming residential projects, in particular a major masterplan based in Brisbane's cultural heartland.
The Role:
This is an exciting role working across a significant and growing pipeline of high-end, built form projects. You will work within a highly experienced team, alongside a Senior Development Manager, on the end-to-end delivery of landmark residential developments, in particular - Sanctuary, South Brisbane.
Sanctuary represents Aria's most ambitious undertaking to date — a masterplan that will reshape Melbourne Street, restore heritage buildings, and deliver significant new public realm to South Brisbane. The project is committed, financed, and under construction, with a clear pathway to delivery through Aria's in-house build team Riviere Constructions.
Your responsibilities will evolve as each project moves through its lifecycle, giving you exposure to each phase of development.
At various stages of the development cycles there will be exposure to:
- Approvals management;
- Construction contracting / clarifications drafting;
- Assessment of variations, EOTs and other claims;
- Liaison with the in-house Aria Living team to ensure a smooth handover/transition to operation;
- Property valuations of complete (or near complete) apartments;
- Purchaser pre-settlement inspections; and
- Defecting, quality assurance and commissioning
Key Requirements:
- A background as a Registered Architect, Architectural Designer or early career Development Manager with experience across design practice
- Experience in high density mixed use / residential is preferred
- Strong understanding of the full design lifecycle — from competition and concept through to design development, documentation, delivery and handover
- Familiarity with the Queensland development and planning environment is advantageous but not essential
This is a fantastic opportunity with a top tier Development company with an exciting project pipeline. To register your interest, click Apply NOW to submit an application or call Rachel Kong on [0417 198 330](tel:0417 198 330) for a confidential chat.
