QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
• Previous experience as a Senior Server, Captain, Team Leader, or similar role preferred
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage
• Experience in upscale, fine dining, premium casual, or luxury hotel operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service, dining etiquette, and service standards
• Excellent guest-service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist in supervising, coaching, and coordinating the dining team
• Able to handle guest requests, concerns, and basic service recovery professionally
• Knowledge of POS and reservation systems is an advantage
• Highly attentive to detail with a strong commitment to service excellence
• Professional, well-groomed, and confident when interacting with guests
• Responsible, proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative
• Able to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
• Willing to learn, grow, and develop leadership and supervisory skills
• Willing to participate in pre-opening training and restaurant launch activities

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
