Job description

• The Assistant Director supports the Director in the daily leadership, administration, and operation of Little Saints Academy. This position serves as a key member of the school's leadership team and helps ensure that the program provides a safe, nurturing, organized, and high-quality early childhood environment.

The Assistant Director is expected to model professionalism, reliability, confidentiality, and Little Saints Academy's values in all interactions with children, families, employees, and community partners.

The Assistant Director helps oversee staff, maintain regulatory compliance, support families, coordinate daily operations, and ensure classrooms consistently meet the standards and expectations of Little Saints Academy.

• Experience and State of Florida 45 hours needed, DCF Director's Credential

• Monday to Friday

• Paid time off for Holidays and Breaks (Thanksgiving/Christmas/Spring Break)

• School year is mid-August to end of May. Will oversee summer camp operations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20-$24/hr

Expected hours: 25 per week
