• Roll up your sleeves and work alongside restaurant teams, whether that's frying chicken, preparing orders, or creating great experiences for our guests.
• Set the example by consistently demonstrating Wings Over standards, values, and behaviors.
• Bring a positive, team-first attitude to every restaurant you support.

Train Today. Develop Tomorrow's Leaders.

• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and constructive feedback to help team members build confidence and strengthen their skills.
• Support restaurant leaders in developing motivated, knowledgeable, and high-performing teams.
• Help create consistent training experiences across our Upstate New York restaurants.

Keep Our Standards Flying High

• Ensure established standard operating procedures are followed consistently across restaurant locations.
• Champion food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH).
• Help teams deliver the quality food and service our guests know and love.

Be the Leader People Can Count On

• Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively help teams find solutions.
• Navigate challenges and resolve workplace conflicts with fairness, empathy, and professionalism.
• Support restaurant operations throughout the region while maintaining our commitment to teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for someone who knows restaurant operations inside and out, but more importantly, knows how to bring out the best in people.

Here's What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of food service experience, including at least 1 year in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment
• ServSafe Certification required
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability and willingness to travel between Wings Over restaurant locations throughout Upstate New York
• Confidence managing restaurant operations independently
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for great food, guest service, and team development
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
