**What We're Looking For**

• Dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a reliable commute
• Previous Dunkin' experience is a bonus, but not required
• 3+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit or senior restaurant/retail management
• A demonstrated ability to coach, train, and grow strong leaders
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a people-centered approach
• Solid business acumen paired with sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A guest-first mentality and excellent time-management skills
• Fluency in English, spoken and written

• $50K–$60K base salary (with a review following training), plus mid-year and annual bonuses

**Your Responsibilities**

• Manage day-to-day operations for one restaurant location while serving as backup support for the District Manager across the broader territory
• Champion our core values, brand standards, and mission consistently
• Train, coach, and develop shift leaders and crew members to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Maintain operational standards while managing payroll, budgets, and controlling expenses
• Handle inventory management, food cost control, and vendor partnerships
• Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts, and champion team member retention
• Serve as an HR point of contact, applying policy consistently and bridging communication between staff and leadership
• Roll out marketing campaigns and merchandising initiatives to help drive sales
