Assistant Donor Services Officer (Customer Service)

Job Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound calls to donors to enhance donor retention and engagement.

-Build and maintain positive donor relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.

-Handle donor enquiries and provide appropriate solutions through phone and and other channels, including mail, email, SMS, and digital platforms, as needed.

-Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and follow-up actions.

-Escalate donor feedback and concerns to supervisors for service improvement.

-Support donor retention campaigns and other donor engagement initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:

Education: post-secondary education

Working Experience: at least 3 years experience, preferably in customer services

-good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken)

-ability to resolve donor enquiries with strong problem solving & communication skills,

-ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
