Assistant Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver with loading and unloading goods, materials, and equipment.
• Check items against delivery orders or relevant documents.
• Assist with securing cargo properly before transportation.
• Support the driver with navigation and locating delivery destinations.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the vehicle.
• Assist with delivery, collection, and transportation tasks as assigned.
• Handle goods carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Follow company safety procedures and road safety requirements.
• Report any vehicle, delivery, or operational issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by the driver or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse, or transportation is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move goods.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage but may not be mandatory, depending on company requirements.
