Assistant E-Commerce Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and operation of E-Commerce business
• Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve sales goal
• Manage all online activities with traffic acquisition, sales growth and marketing strategies of the E-Commerce platforms
• Work closely with other teams to ensure the smooth daily operation
• Monitor the sales performance of different channels and optimize online store journey
• Monitor the market trends and identify opportunities for E-Commerce business expansion

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• At least 5 years experiences in E-Commerce operation/ online sales development
• Experience in digital marketing will be a definite advantage
• Experience in retail and sport goods will be highly referred
• Familiar with the operation of brand official webstore and various E-Commerce platforms, e.g. Shopline, HKTVMall, ZALORA, etc
• Strong business sense with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Chinese and English (both verbal and written)
• Short notice period will be highly preferred
