Assistant E-Commerce Manager

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute business strategies to hit sales and revenue goals across our official webstore and major online marketplaces (e.g., HKTVMall, ZALORA, Shopline)
• Spearhead digital marketing campaigns, performance marketing, and traffic acquisition initiatives to boost conversion rates and customer lifetime value
• Oversee end-to-end daily operations, ensuring a seamless online shopping journey and superior customer experience
• Partner closely with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align inventory, promotions, and brand messaging
• Monitor market trends, competitor landscapes, and consumer behavior to identify new business expansion opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of solid experience in E-Commerce operations and online sales development
• Hands-on experience managing brand official webstores and marketplaces (Shopline, HKTVMall, ZALORA, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (proficient in handling sales data and digital metrics)
• Prior experience in retail/ sports goods/ FMCG is a strong advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly preferred
