Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of MEP installations and oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C) to ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards
- Oversee daily on-site development, identify critical path items, and compile structured progress reports for management
- Act as a key liaison between main contractors, design consultants, and the Client's representative teams to resolve on-site technical conflicts smoothly
- Review, manage, and facilitate Permit to Work (PTW) applications submitted by contractors, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with the Client's internal operations and facility management teams
About you
Macau ID Holder is required
Strong technical background in MEP/Building Services
Excellent communication skills for managing multi-party engineering and site stakeholders
