Assistant E&M Manager (STDL 1882)

This position is responsible for reviewing E&M engineering design, shop drawing / sample submission and supervision of E&M construction work.

Job Duties:

• Outline and manage the procedures for testing and commissioning;
• Check generic specification, base systems and material requirement;
• Review and monitor the contracts of building services installation;
• Coordinate and take part in value management and buildability studies;
• Manage Building Services Engineering Consultant.

Requirements:

• Holder of Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines;
• Member of HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE or equivalent;
• At least 5 years' relevant working experience in managing design and Installation of building services for large-scale projects while experience in 5-star Hotel is an advantage;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Effective interpersonal and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Frequent travel may be necessary.
