About the service
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Huntly Village & Huntly Viewpoint is a brand-new childcare centre in Melbourne’s north, located within the new Huntly Village & Huntly Viewpoint shopping precinct. Surrounded by local businesses, retailers and Huntly Village & Huntly Viewpoint Community Centre, Aspire Huntly Village & Huntly Viewpoint is a convenient location for families looking for long daycare.

Aspire Huntly Village & Huntly Viewpoint, located in the City of Hume, is surrounded by open spaces and vibrant parks, making it a wonderful place for young families. As our first centre in the area, we’re excited to join the growing Huntly Village & Huntly Viewpoint community and support families through community events, celebrations, and cultural programs throughout the year.

Skills and experience
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Diploma or Certificate III qualified educators with at least 2 years experience within the Early Childhood Sector.
• The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of early childhood development, be confident working with children and be able to support room leaders effectively in delivering high-quality care and education.
• Able to demonstrate initiative, strong teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a safe and engaging space for children.
• Confident stepping up and leading the room in the absence of the Room Leader, ensuring continuity of routines, programming, and team direction.
• Full availability is essential, along with consistency and commitment to building strong relationships with children, families and the team.
• Hold or willing to obtain Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
