About the Role

As an Assistant Educator or Trainee Educator, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning and implementation of engaging learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Assisting with daily routines, including meals, rest times, and indoor and outdoor play
• Observing and documenting children's learning and development
• Working collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality education and care
• Contributing to a positive centre culture that reflects the values of Jelly Tots

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for working with children
• Brings positivity, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
• Communicates effectively with children, families, and team members
• Values teamwork and collaboration
• Is committed to continuous learning and professional growth
• Holds or is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
• Holds or is willing to obtain First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or is willing to undertake traineeship studies
