What will you do?

In this position, you will join our growing Hong Kong Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of Buildings projects such as infrastructure, airport, office, residential, institutional buildings, data centre, hotel, casino, and a variety of Government projects.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Design of Building Services Engineering (Electrical)
• Preparation of technical feasibility study, design report, conceptual design drawing, life-cycle study, presentation materials, etc
• Preparation of statutory submissions documents and liaison with the government departments, authorities, utilities companies
• Preparation of tender documents, drawings and technical specifications
• Project management, attend meetings and site works supervision

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You should also possess:

• Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years working experience in design and project management in building construction projects
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with using AutoCAD software
• Familiar with design guidelines, standards, regulations, code of practice, statutory submission and approval procedure and process of respective government departments, authorities and utilities companies
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge in using BIM software is an advantage
