What they need
Job Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Execution: Lead on-site supervision, Testing & Commissioning, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate daily site operations with main contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all works strictly comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and relevant Hong Kong statutory regulations.
Quality Assurance & Problem Solving: Inspect workmanship and proactively resolve technical issues on-site.
Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education: Certificate / Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ hands-on site experience in Plumbing & Drainage works.
Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and standard MS Office applications; practical knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
Availability: Immediately available or short notice highly preferred.
