This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Building Information Modeling (BIM) submission review and response to the contractors' submissions
• Ensure the contractor's submissions comply with the Authority's BIM standard specifications and contract requirements
• Upkeep the airport BIM models to facilitate the continued growth of the needs in Airport Asset Management
• Provide ongoing support for BIM project coordination during the handover phase
• Provide ongoing support for BIM data integration with the Enterprise Geographic Information System (EGIS)

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant experience, of which minimum of 1-year related BIM and CADD application in project management is required
• Design or site experience with BIM application is an advantage
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with good analytical and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and BIM platforms
• Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1,2) is preferred
