Assistant Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for project execution and on-site management of Building Services (BS) / Electrical installations.
• Liaise, communicate, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal technical staff to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor on-site work progress and ensure all workmanship strictly complies with contract standards and specifications.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submissions, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with other trades and the main contractor to resolve interface issues.
• Handle other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in the building construction industry, particularly in the capacity of site supervision and management of BS installations, is an advantage.
• Solid technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD for drawing preparation and Microsoft Project for programme management.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced site environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
