About the Job

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze mobile network performance and customer experience indicators
• Analyze network data and generate reports, dashboards, and performance insights
• Contribute to the adoption of AI and digital technologies in network operations and engineering activities
• Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of automation tools to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 1+ year of experience in the mobile telecommunications industry, or a good understanding of mobile telecommunications technologies
• Familiar with data analytic tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI), and AI tools
• A proactive team player with strong analytical thinking, a logical mindset, and a willingness to learn
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in telecommunications are welcome to apply
