Review and approve Mechanical( ACMV, Fire, Elevator) service and scheduled maintenance (PM) reports
Act as first technical contact for head technicians on faults and repairs
Prepare monthly maintenance reports and breakdown records.
Monitor PM schedule and contract scope compliance
Attend technical meetings with clients
Ensure site safety compliance, including weekly work permits application for workers and subcontractors
Provide technical input for tenders when required
