Assistant Engineer (Commercial Testing Laboratory)

Job Responsibilities

• Implement the management system and ISO 17025;
• Conduct physical/ mechanical testing to eyewear/ toys products as per international standards such as ASTM F963, EN71, ISO 8124 and etc.;
• Prepare and organize technical testing results and reports;
• Work with Sample Control team during testing sample handling;
• Carry out maintenance and calibration plan of the physical laboratory;
• Involve in testing capability development under supervision of senior staff.

Job Qualification Requirement

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder of Physics or any Engineering discipline.

• Welcome fresh graduates.

• Familiar with ISO 17025 quality system and accreditation requirements.

• 0~1 year’ experience in physical testing laboratory with HOKLAS/other international accreditation

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Analytical mind and logical thinking.

• Initiative, organized and able to work independently.
