What they need
Responsibilities:
- Assist Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.
- Responsible for project planning, design work, site supervision, commissioning, operation and project documentation preparation.
- Monitor the work progress of maintenance and repair, and attend regular meetings with Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, Subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements, when applicable.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineer / Quantity Surveying
- At least 2 years' working experiences in A&A Project or Maintenance and Repair
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
