Assistant Engineer / Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate installations job with contractors/ workers;

• Liaise with relevant property management /clients and handle disputes to ensure smooth operations

• Attend site meetings and commissions to ensure all jobs are handed over on time

• Monitor project progress and handle any issue may arise.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' relevant working experience related to façade or curtain wall.
• Strong ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts and installation schedule.
• Solid organizational skills and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (esp. Microsoft Project).
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator.
