Assistant Engineer / Engineer (Residential Retail Installation-System)

The Role:

• Administer and enhance CRM and Contractor Management Systems to support installation and service operations, workforce performance monitoring and operational excellence
• Represent the business unit in IT system implementation and enhancement projects, including requirement discussions, solution reviews and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Enable effective use of business systems for internal users and contractors through user support, demonstrations and training for system rollouts and new feature releases
• Design, develop and maintain Power Apps, RPA solutions, management dashboards, AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports, statistics and insights for performance monitoring and continuous improvement

The Person:

• Bachelor or above in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years relevant experience. Experience in CRM or enterprise business systems will be an advantage
• Experience in the gas industry, utility sector or other infrastructure-related industries will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer. Fresh graduates with a strong learning mindset and passion for innovation are also welcome to apply
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing and digital solutions such as Power Apps, RPA, dashboards and AI applications.
• Self-motivated, service-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
