What they need
Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising and coordinating E&M installation works for A&A, fitting-out and major equipment replacement projects
- Monitor daily site progress, quality and safety
- Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Prepare technical submissions, method statements and site reports
- Assist in project planning and resource coordination
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year's working experience in E&M installation, preferably in A&A, fitting-out and major equipment replacement works
- Experience in supervision and administration
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
