• Night shift allowance: $15.50 per day, approximately $248 per month

Working Hours

Shift timings (Fix day or night):

• Day Shift: 8:00am to 8:15pm
• Night Shift: 8:00pm to 8:15am

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production machines to ensure continuous production and regular replenishment of raw materials.
• Ensure production output meets required quality and quantity standards while minimizing machine downtime through troubleshooting and repairs.
• Perform target changes, head calibration, and follow proper operating procedures.
• Report major machine issues to the supervisor through written reports.
• Conduct sample taking, measurements, and maintain control charts and checklists.
• Adjust machine conditions when irregular trends or out-of-spec measurements are detected.
• Perform regular machine cleaning and 5S activities to maintain high cleanroom cleanliness standards.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the production supervisor.
