Assistant Engineer (Injection Moulding | no experience required)

Client Details:

• Monday to Friday, office hours
• Bedok (Have Company Transports)
• Basic + Allowances + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Manufacturing industry

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate plastic injection moulding machines and moulds.
• Adjust machine settings such as speed, pressure, temperature and cycle time.
• Troubleshoot moulding defects and reduce scrap and machine downtime.
• Operate and troubleshoot robots and vision inspection systems.
• Perform basic mould cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor production to ensure good quality and stable output.
• Make machine/process adjustments to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• No prior work experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• However, candidates with 2–3 years of hands-on plastic injection moulding experience is preferred.
• Experience with injection moulding machines such as Fanuc, Sodick, Sumitomo or Arburg.
• Good knowledge of mould setup and machine parameter setting.
• Able to troubleshoot moulding and tooling problems.
