Assistant Engineer (MVAC)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily site execution, progress monitoring, and coordination for MVAC / Air-Conditioning installation projects (Sub-contractor perspective).
• Prepare basic shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Coordinate with Main Contractors, Consultants, and sub-contractors on day-to-day site installation matters.
• Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) procedures and site inspections.
• Assist in site documentation, progress reporting, and site supervision.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HVAC / MVAC engineering experience
• Solid knowledge/experience in ducting/piping layout, site installation, coordination, and T&C procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and site coordination skills.
• Able to work independently on site supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM / Revit is an advantage.
